Our Mission
At More Than A Garden it’s our goal to match individuals in Santa Cruz County with the essential human needs to live comfortably. Many people living without food, water, shelter, clothing don’t always have access to these basics simply because they can’t walk or travel to where they are available. This doesn’t just apply to the homeless population, it also includes elderly living alone and individuals fleeing from abusive homes.
More Than A Garden will bring the essentials to those who desperately need it the most and lift up those struggling individuals and families to help them regain their sense of belonging and live healthy, dignified lives.
Fully Loaded Backpacks
Backpacks include items to help with immediate relief from hunger, plus items to protect against bad weather, like warm beanie, socks, blanket and a rain poncho.
